BookYou is an online application for booking management, marketing and administration. The application can be used by artists, bands, entertainers, booking agencies and basically everyone with a rentable product.
Creating a BookYou account provides direct online booking functionalities, through your own booking site.

Yes, this is possible. You need to specify your domain name when you sign up foor BookYou. You can make use of the full BookYou website, or only use the booking form on your current website. Of course you can always apply a hyperlink to place on your own website.
BookYou automates the whole booking process. A booking will be in the booking agenda within a couple of clicks. Invoice will be made automatically. Callsheets, payment reminders, contracts, riders, etcetera will be sent automatically to the client and or artist(s).

BookYou doesn't offer trial accounts. This is because of the fact that you won't see a significant increase in your turnover. To notice the difference, you will have to work with BookYou for a longer period of time.
If your registration was successful you receive a confirmation e-mail. This validates all your submitted information and a link to log into the booking management of your BookYou account. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail or if you have doubts about the status of your registration, please contact us. Call us at +31 20 4683111 or send an e-mail to support@bookyou.com.

The confirmation email is your certificate of registration. For more information about you registration, you can send an e-mail to support@bookyou.com.
You can register for a second account, however it is not possible to register for two accounts with the same data. If you are interested in a second account, we advise you to contact us first by e-mail: info@bookyou.com.
When you're logged in to the booking mangement you can change your data directly. To do so click on user data on the upper right.

BookYou is a software program by professionals, for professionals in the branche. If the desired extra functionality applicable is for more BookYou users, then it will be added to the BookYou to do list.
If you're a user and you want personal functionality, then you can download a request form where you can fill in your extra desires. Then, if possible, you will receive a fitting price offer.
BookYou allows multiple employees to log in simultaneously. If you want certain employees to view and manage only a part of modules, then you can create a seperate log in for them.
