BookYou is web-based software, in other words "cloud software". All data is stored on a central server. Financial data is personal and confidential information. That's why these are well secured on banking level and only accessible for you. Due to cloud software, possible risks are limited to a minimum.
Safer
When you enter data into BookYou, even the BookYou employees will not be able to get to this information. The key to this security is your password. Treat this as your credit card security code, so that misuse will be prevented. BookYou is not only very easy, but also safe and reliable.
Screening employees
For BookYou, the safety of the information of the users is top priority. That's why all employees of BookYou have signed a code of conduct in which strict and clear rules are stated with regard to behavior and the processing of information. This code of conduct is viewable to third parties upon request. Also all employees have a so-called 'certificate of good character' for the processing of data. This certificate is not mandatory, but at BookYou we're rather safe than sorry.
Secured data center in The Netherlands
All information is stored on servers at secured data centers that are monitored 24 hours a day. This means that only employees of BookYou authorized to do so have access to these servers. Besides that, your information will always physically stay on the BookYou servers in Amsterdam.
