Explanation BookYou help:

1. Rollovers
   Have a look at the dotted words first. When you put your mouse on a dotted word, you will notice a question mark and then a balloon pops up with a short explanation. 
    
2. Explanation at the bottom of every module
   At the bottom of every module you can see a grey frame with explanation on several questions. Also, you can find some tips and tricks.
   
   
3. Videos next to the explanation
   Next to the explanation frames, you will find a video (sometimes several videos) wherein the module is discussed and walked through in a question and answer conversation. During the conversation you can find out how some things work and where you can find certain information and settings at BookYou. You will also be able to see the questions that are being discussed, and the time in the video, so you can skip fast to your question.

Explanation BookYou support & consultancy:

1. Telephone support (The Netherlands): 0900-BOOKYOU (0900-2665968)(Other Countries: Skype combined with Teamviewer (skypename: bookyou_sales 0,55 €/m)
2. You can reach BookYou for support via telephone. This costs € 0,70 per minute. (Other Countries: Skype combined with Teamviewer (skypename: BookYou_sales 0,55 €/m) If neccesary, the employee will ask you to open the program Mikogo during the conversation. This way, the employee can control your computer when you accept the connection with Mikogo. Now you can see clearly how the problem is solved. If desired, you can record the session through a screencapture, then you can watch it again. We advise to use StudioCam for that.
    
3. Consultancy at BookYou's office
   We can help you if you want advise on strategies for your company. We will advise you on how to use BookYou within that strategy. The check from BookYou will also be talked through in the consultation. We recommend to request a consult within the first six months of use.
   Consultancy at the BookYou office: € 85,- per hour
   Consultancy at own location: € 95,- per hour
   Possible in a private or a group meeting: (transport: € 0,45 p/km)
